Return & Exchange Policy
At Wedged Ceramics Supply, we aim to keep things simple and supportive, just like the supplies we offer. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
Eligibility

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Return or Exchange

In-store: Bring the item and receipt to our East Nashville location (inside Ceramic Souls).

Shipped orders: Contact us first at [your email address] for return approval and instructions.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error (wrong item or damage during delivery).
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is processed.

Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange eligible items for another product of equal value.

Want something of higher value? Just pay the difference at the time of exchange.
