Wedged is located within Ceramic Souls pottery studio in the Highland Yards business complex in East Nashville, TN.

Do you offer gift cards?​​

Yes! You can purchase gift cards for any amount here

Can I shop in person?

Yes! We encourage in-store shopping during our store hours so you can check out our glazes, tools and more in-person. If you already know what you need or want, feel free to place an online order and we'll get it ready for you to pick up!

Orders

How do I pick up my order?

All online orders must be picked up at our storefront, located within Ceramic Souls pottery studio. We're in the Highland Yards business complex in East Nashville, TN, next to Flora and Fauna.

Online orders can be picked up anytime during our store hours:​

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 12pm - 7pm

  • Friday: 10am - 4pm

  • Saturday: 10am - 4pm

  • Sunday: 12pm - 4pm

You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up. Orders typically take 1-2 business days to fulfill. 

Do you offer shipping?​​

We do not offer shipping at this time. All online orders must be picked up at our Nashville storefront.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

After notifying you that your order is ready for pickup, we'll hold your order for 7 days. If you haven't picked it up within 7 days, we will cancel and refund your order to your original method of payment.

How do I check the status of my order?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return any unopened and unused items within 30 days of receiving them for a refund to your original payment method. Proof of purchase is required. We cannot accept opened or used items, or returns after 30 days. 

How do I return an item?

If your item is unopened and unused, and it's within 30 days of receipt, stop by Wedged anytime during store hours with your receipt and we'll be happy to refund your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item for something else?

At this time we cannot accommodate exchanges. If you'd like something else, we can refund you for your original item and you can place a new order for the new item.
